Barry McHugh, the district attorney was awarded for his die-hard stand against “hate crimes” with an award in April of 2011 from the Human Rights Institute.
The Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations, which has been promoting civil rights for 30 years in northern Idaho, presented one of two 2010 Civil Rights Awards … to Kootenai County Prosecutor Barry McHugh for his efforts to successfully prosecute hate crimes.
Barry must be trying to outdo himself. As a north Idaho resident, you’d better watch out. Should you attempt to defend yourself from a belligerent thug who isn’t White, “Human Rights Barry” will go to no end to be sure you pay the fee. We’ve seen Barry hold Demetrius K Lee’s hand through the courts, coach him into prosecuting an innocent man, and overlooking the fact that Demetrius did not appear in court under subpoena, not once but twice, and finally he had to force Demetrius to appear the third time so that Barry could be sure to nail down his “big bad white guy”.
It’s amazing when even Jews, who are the special interest and “protected group” are even asking “What’s With This Town?“. While the author of the letter to the press appeals to his Jewish ancestry, that just doesn’t pass the smell test for us. This being the case on the account that “political correctness” and anti-White injustice is largely put in action due to well funded Jewish special interest groups such as the ADL and the SPLC.

Okay, I’m now getting a much clearer picture of why Mr. McHugh is in such a rush to prosecute a white man who wielded no weapon, vs/ a black man who did wield a weapon. Even though Mr. Lee, the black man, has a previous criminal record including assault and forgery, he’s treated as the poor little victim here. I didn’t know this until just now that the prosecutor was given an award from the Human Rights Institute for his die hard stance on “supposed” hate crimes. Hmmm, the Human Rights Institute is about as liberal as they come and as far as I’m concerned, have an agenda of their own. That being primarily to promote homosexuality and abortion. I have no idea if Mr. McHugh is a homosexual, though he may very well be, and perhaps he isn’t pro life but rather pro death, but be that as it may, regardless of his political or personal beliefs, he should be held accountable for the wrong done to a productive member of our society who has a family and actually supports them. I’m thinking some civil action lawsuit is surely in order here. Mr. Lee, just where is your family now? Are you on a sabbatical of some sort? I’m sure they miss you. Perhaps South L.A. would better appreciate your arrest record and your ball bat. I’m sure Coeur D’ Alene doesn’t need that sort of criminal activity around. Shame on the press for jumping on this and twisting everything around just to be politically correct. Shame on the prosecutor too, who is totally self serving, even at the expense of putting a hard working family man who is also trying to better himself by going to college, through such a sham of an ordeal. This is shameful and he should be voted out of office. Mr. McHugh, you are a disgrace to the Justice system.
